Upcoming Poverty Simulation and Community Conversation Near You
Register now to join Advocates for Ohio's Future and COAD/RSVP of the Ohio Valley December 8 for a unique, enlightening and interactive experience that will explore the challenges Ohioans living in poverty face every day.
Kicking off the three-hour activity will be an in-depth exploration of how poverty uniquely affects Southeast Ohio. After lunch, participants will assume the role of a family member living in difficult, but typical circumstances over the course of four, 15-minute “weeks”. A group discussion of the experience will follow.
