Advocates for Ohio's Future News Highlights
- Protect SNAP. Oppose HB 119-The Ohio Senate Health, Human Services, and Medicaid Committee is currently weighing HB 119, which would unduly increase the administrative cost of the SNAP (food stamp) program and create additional barriers for needy Ohioans struggling to keep food on the table.
Please contact the members of this committee and ask them to oppose HB 119 and work to protect SNAP for the more than 1.4 million Ohioans that turn to the program for help feeding their families.
